+ How soon will my order ship? What are the transit times?
Most orders will ship within 24 hours with the exception of launch days. Please allow 3-5 days for orders placed during launch to ship. Both First Class and Priority Mail take 1-3 business days to ship.
+ My package hasn't arrived yet/got lost/damaged in the mail. Help!
Unfortunately, once your package has shipped, it is in the hands of the USPS. All packages come with a tracking number so you are able to go to their website and track it's progress. If your package arrives damaged you may file a claim immediately but it must take place within 60 days of receipt. If your package is lost, you must wait 15 days after it's been mailed to file a claim.
+ Can I see your items in person?

+ I live locally in your area. Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! Please message me to arrange a day and time.
+ Do you accept returns
If there was a product issue, please get in touch with us within 5 days of receipt. Each listing clearly states the product description, including sizes. We do not accept returns on items where the size was misjudged.
+ I've seen people bending their polymer clay earrings on social media. Can I do that to mine?
I highly discourage you to see if your earrings can bend. This can cause structural damage to them, especially if they have a high gloss coating. In other words, please don't.
+ Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! Please message us if you're looking for something custom for your special day. We have a variety of options, including colors, shapes and more.
+ What about wholesale?
